RETURN/EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

 

We have a 7-day return/exchange window from the date of receipt of your order. This is only applicable for orders purchased on Little Llama website (www.littlellama.in).

To initiate return/exchange: 

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. 

  1. To initiate a return or exchange, Please submit your details in the link https://littlellama-in.returnsdrive.com  or reach out to us via email at support@littlellama.in or through WhatsApp/call at 879 000 9522.
  2. Once your request is received, we will arrange for a pickup of the item. Please ensure the item is packed with its original bill and tags.
  3. All exchanges will be processed after we receive the returned item and inspect it for damages.
  4. You can exchange for a different size or different product. If the exchanged product is lower in value, balance amount will be refunded as a credit note. If the exchanged product is higher in value, then the excess amount needs to be paid. No COD is allowed for exchanges. 
  5. Products returned in a damaged state will not qualify for an exchange.
  6. Please allow up to 8-10 days for the entire exchange process. If you require a new size sooner, consider placing a fresh order and marking the previous one as a return.


Refunds:

If you want to return the product and do not wish to exchange, 

  1. Please request the return within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable. A shipping fee of Rs 75 and COD charges at actuals will be deducted before issuing a refund.
  3. Products received back by us in a damaged state will not be eligible for a refund.
  4. Refunds will be issued once the quality checks are done and will be intimated via email.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, hair accessories, baby bloomers,  custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
